A Job training is an important topic of Human Resource Management. It helps develop the career of the individual and the prosperous growth of the organization. On the job training is a form of training provide at the workplace.

Training is any attempt to fix the work achievement at a particular job that is becoming his responsibilities. Ideally, training should be design to achieve the objectives – objectives of the Organization. Which at the same time also realize the goal – the goal of the workers individually. Training is often regard as the most common activities and leaders support. The existence of training because through training, workers will become more skill and therefore will be more productive. Even if the benefits – the benefits should be taken into account with the time take when the workers are being train.

It is generally agree there are at least three areas of capability require for carrying out the process, business management namely:

  • Technical ability (technical and skill), the ability to use knowledge, methods, techniques, and equipment necessary to carry out the specific task of experience, education and training.

  • Social Ability (human or social skills), ability to work through others, which include an understanding of the motivation and the application of effective leadership.

  • Conceptual Ability (conceptual skill), namely: the ability to understand the complexity of the Organization and customization of fields of motion work units each in the fields of operations as a whole. This ability allows one to act in harmony with the objectives of the Organization as a whole than on simply on the basis of the purpose of his own family's needs.

The above goals cannot be implement or reach, unless the leader is aware of the importance of a systematic practice and employees themselves believe that they will gain an advantage. Employee development goals is obviously useful or serve both for the Organization as well as its own employees.
