Training is any attempt to fix the work achievement at a particular job that is becoming his responsibilities. Ideally, training should be design to achieve the objectives – objectives of the Organization. Which at the same time also realize the goal – the goal of the workers individually. Training is often regard as the most common activities and leaders support. The existence of training because through training, workers will become more skill and therefore will be more productive.   • Social Ability (human or social skills), ability to work through others, which include an understanding of the motivation and the application of effective leadership.

  • Conceptual Ability (conceptual skill), namely: the ability to understand the complexity of the Organization and customization of fields of motion work units each in the fields of operations as a whole. This ability allows one to act in harmony with the objectives of the Organization as a whole than on simply on the basis of the purpose of his own family's needs.

The above goals cannot be implement or reach, unless the leader is aware of the importance of a systematic practice and employees themselves believe that they will gain an advantage. Employee development goals is obviously useful or serve both for the Organization as well as its own employees.
