An employee work productivity is an important aspect for the company, because if the labor in the company has a high employment. Then the company will earn profits and life company will be assure. To increase Employee work productivity, need for a workforce that has the skills and expertise to work. Because if the labor does not have the expertise and skills will result in decrease productivity and harms the company.

Productivity is affect a variety of factors, both related to the labor itself as well as other factors. Such as education, skills, work discipline, attitude, ethics, management, work motivation, technology, facility, production, employment opportunities and opportunities. High Productivity can be achieve if support by employees who have the motivation and the work environment in carrying out duties and obligations. Motivation can lead to the ability to work and cooperate. Thus indirectly will improve productivity.
