An employee work productivity is an important aspect for the company, because if the labor in the company has a high employment. Then the company will earn profits and life company will be assure. To increase Employee work productivity, need for a workforce that has the skills and expertise to work. Because if the labor does not have the expertise and skills will result in decrease productivity and harms the company.

Productivity is affect a variety of factors, both related to the labor itself as well as other factors. Such as education, skills, work discipline, attitude, ethics, management, work motivation, technology, facility, production, employment opportunities and opportunities. As well as an accomplished work environment that supports.

High Productivity can be achieve if support by employees who have the motivation and the work environment in carrying out duties and obligations. Motivation can lead to the ability to work and cooperate. Thus indirectly will improve productivity.

While in higher employee motivation but not supported a comfortable working environment to work then the results work productivity is not good.

Based on the above theory can be assumed that the influential work with motivation to increase productivity of employees, in contrast with a declining work motivation will also have an effect on the decline work productivity.
