  2. The readiness and willingness to strive earnestly on behalf of the organization.

  3. Desire to maintain membership in the Organization.

Employee Commitment is:



  1. A sense of identification that is confidence in the values of the organization.

  2. Engagement, namely the willingness to try their best in the interest of the Organization in question.

  3. Loyalty, namely the desire to remain a member of the organization.

Continuance Component means a component base on the perception of employees about the losses that would be encounter if leaving the organization. Employees on the basis of these organizations because these organizations need employees. Employees who have the organizational commitment

Employees who want to become members will have a desire to seek that in accordance with the objectives of the organization. Otherwise employees who were force.
