What can be said is that leaders can be effective to in certain situations and not effective in other situations. The leadership style is the way used in the process of leadership behavior implemented in someone to influence others to act in accordance with what he wants. There are three leadership styles leadership style:

A democratic leadership style, leadership style (Non Control)

Leadership style Democratic/Participatory

The characteristics of a democratic leadership style:

Leadership style (Non Control)

The characteristics of non-control leadership style:

  1. Leaders of letting his subordinates to organize itself.

  2. The leader only determines the wisdom and general purpose.

  3. A subordinate can take the relevant decisions in order to achieve the goal in all that they deem fit.
