How to improve Integrity in organization?

Integrity


Integrity is one of the fundamental values that employers seek in the employees that they hire. It is the hallmark of a person who demonstrates sound moral and ethical principles at work. It is the foundation on which coworkers build relationships, trust, and effective interpersonal relationships.

Is consistency and firmness that is unwavering in upholding the lofty values and beliefs of the other definitions of integrity is a concept that is pointing to the consistency between the action with a value and principle.



In the dictionary the  is the quality, nature, or the State of the reply shows the unity of the whole yg so has the potential and ability of  authority; honesty. In ethics, means honesty and rightness of one's actions. The opposite of integrity is hypocrisy (hypocritical or sanctimonious).

Overview




One is said to "have integrity" in its actions in accordance with the values, beliefs, and principles which he served (Wikipedia). Simply, the characteristics of a teamwork characterized by words and deeds is not the only one who is his words could not be held. A man who has integrity is not the type of man with many faces and appearances tailored to his personal interests and motives. Integrity become key for a leader.

A leader who has integrity will get the trust of his officers. The leadership that has integrity because of what is believed to be the utterance also become actions.

From surfing on the net I found an interesting expression :

"When you are looking at the characteristics on how to build your personal life, first comes the integrity; Second, motivation; third, capacity; Fourth, understanding; Fifth, knowledge; and last and least, experience.

Motivation


Without integrity, motivation is dangerous; without motivation, capacity is impotent; without capacity, understanding is limited; without understanding, knowledge is meaningless; without knowledge, experience is blind. Experience is easy to provide and quickly put to good use by people with all other qualities.

Make absolute integrity of the compass that guides you in everything you do. And surround yourself only with people of flawless integrity. "

The phrase that I bold according to my very inspirational: without integrity, motivation be dangerous; without motivation, capacity being helpless; without the capacity, understanding becomes limited; without understanding knowledge is meaningless; without the knowledge, the experience of being blind.

In conclusion, integrity is the compass that directs the behavior of a person. Integrity is the personal overview


After reading about the meaning of integrity, I would argue the criteria the integrity of the as a first requirement in choosing a new Chairman, following the terms of the intellectual and managerial capabilities. The more types of man with integrity who will determine the height of a pullback going forward and more broadly will determine the future of a country.

If this is the case, I wonder if Workplace still struggling in an attempt to escape from the snare of such systemic corruption, does this have to do with the integrity of the State office holders Yes?

Among the large number of State leaders at the institutional, legislative, Executive and judiciary, who – anyone who shows a leader of character and high teamwork so being able to grow it trust at heart many citizens of the nation of Workplace?

When looking for a leader who was highly educated, an expert or experts in their fields, surely we will have no trouble to find it. Workplace in abundance with a Bachelor's degree. Master, doctor, and professor each year are also growing in number. However, a leader who really has integrity is certainly not as many as the number of experts.

Truly wretched if it turns out the leader who has integrity that is hard to find, and a lot of otherwise quite the reverse type i.e. type hipocricy. If so then Workplace seriously in a threat of danger. The danger that threatens it's not messing around.

Because leaders are dishonest, more emphasis on personal interests, groups and classes will tend to justify all means to achieve the goal. Institution or country that is experiencing a crisis of integrity will experience a downturn due to the decay of elements in the organization or the State itself.

I pray that this beloved Workplace will not face the threat of danger of a crisis of integrity. If we can not expect much in the current generation, we can still put our hopes and dreams on the shoulders of future generations. The key is on education. What values are inculcated in the minds of future generations and the example of what epitomized will shape their character.

Talk of integrity, honesty and the importance of putting the interests of the nation and the country above personal interests, and the group became the main value. How have the values we instill and we demonstrated at Workplace's children now?

If you haven't yet or even being implanted are values that favor and give priority to the interests of themselves and the company of his own and exemplified is the behavior that is inconsistent with the spoken and preached, then do not expect many human-born man has integrity.
